Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine dried spices together in a small bowl.
Place tilapia filets on lightly oiled baking pan.
Rub oil on filets and sprinkle on seasoning to your desired amount (feel free to save extra seasoning for a later time!).
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until flakes easily with a fork.
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. For a thinner consitency, add more water. Add more salt to taste, if desired.
Place baked fish in warm tacos. Top with toppings, drizzle with avocado dressing, and enjoy!
